Supply chain professional building AI-powered tools for modern operations. Field experience across freight forwarding, 3PL, and last-mile logistics — creator of HALO SCM, making supply chains smarter, faster, and more resilient.

The story

From the warehouse floor to AI-native supply chains

I spent years in the operational reality of supply chain — freight forwarding, 3PL, and last-mile — where late deliveries, blind spots, and disconnected teams cost real money every day. The industry is shifting from people running statistical models in Excel to people who audit AI, manage exceptions, and set strategy. So I built the tool I always wished I had: an autonomous layer that watches operations 24/7, catches risk before it escalates, and routes the right alert to the right team.

How I built HALO SCM

Domain expertise, shipped as working software

I don't write code by hand — I direct AI to build it, and I bring the supply chain judgment that decides what's worth building. Here's the path from idea to live product.

01

Started with a real dataset

Took 180,519 real supply chain orders across 5 global markets and dug for the operational insights standard dashboards miss — late-delivery patterns, shipping-mode risk, suspected fraud, underserved regions.

02

Designed an agentic alerting layer

Built an AI agent that continuously monitors 6 KPIs and auto-routes alerts to Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, and Compliance the moment risk crosses a threshold — exception handling, not manual monitoring.

03

Turned insight into recommendations

The agent surfaced that First Class shipping carried a 95.3% late-delivery rate and auto-recommended Standard Class (38.1%) — an example of AI detecting a problem and proposing the fix, not just reporting a number.

04

Shipped to production

Built authentication, multi-department dashboards, cross-functional alert routing, dollar forecasting, and a global disruption map — deployed live on a GitHub + Cloudflare Pages CI/CD pipeline with zero-downtime updates.
